Comfy bed and rooms with lovely decor. Super close to the highway for easy getting around! 🛣️

We visited mohegan sun , and the price was convenient for the area.

Hotel was nice, but the carpet in our room was extremely dirty. Towels were yellowish instead of white.

The pool was closed and this was not noted on the web site. This is the only negative we have.

Super spacious and modern room with a relaxing whirlpool tub, and a heated pool for a cozy dip. 🏊‍♂️

The pool was out of use and I really had wanted to use it especially with all the money I was spending. The breakfast was horrible. The lady heating up the food kept leaving and talking on her phone in spanish. All the food was microwaved. The sausage bacon and ham was still frozen and the eggs were cold and tasted fake. Also they don't tell you till you get there that they need a 100 dollar deposit. The lady said I would get it the next morning so I went down to the lobby to get my money back and she said I won't get it till I check out and she was so rude!!!! I had no money to go out.

I would like to file a complaint I stayed at the kaulin inn and suites I was very dissatisfied and disappointed the main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and amenities Upon check in I guess they are remodeling as I walked into rows and rows of rolled up carpet the elevator sounded like we were going to fall from the top floor which was not much better we entered the room to a cool one which I was very appreciative of but when I woke up in the middle of the night it was very hot ....once we settled in I had a few questions about my stay so I tried called the front desk....there were 2 phones there and neither phone worked I had to locate my cell phone which took a while being packed... I then wanted to go to the pool(reason I went there ) i go all the way to the pool on the 1st floor again the pool was out of service and could not be used at all !my stay ! We went back upstairs to watch tv which sounded as if it was under water and had 5 stations I was not satisfied at all and do not believe I should be responsible for full payment as I was not satisfied at all and will not return Thank you for listening

We enjoyed having a room with a jacuzzi and found the location convenient and peaceful for our weekend getaway.

The check in was easyy, the room was clean and well maintained. We will be attending more events at the Casino and would like to stay again...but we might have breakfast at Dunkin Donuts unless there are better plans made for breakfast.

Friday morning 6/24 @ 8:00 there weren't any eggs, bacon, bread fir toast, orange juice or cream for coffee. It wasn't until another guest complained at the Front Desk did two people appear at the same time and frantically try to get more food ready by cooking more bacon and eggs. This took over 15 minutes of people standing in line....waiting for the dining area to be restocked. Not a good time for kitchen employees to take a break at the same time.

In the process of changing over to a new hotel so the price should have been lower as there was no ambience.

Swimming pool was closed the whole time I was there, which was 4 days

The rooms were a good size and had a microwave and a fridge. the bathroom was spacious and even had a bathtub, which I really enjoyed soaking in 🛁.

I truly enjoyed extremely spacious and updated room here.

The staff were immensely pleasant and were always there to help. The room I booked was kept clean and available with a good value for the money, the partially missing smoke alarm plus a queen size bed.

Easy to find and get to where we needed to go

This property was presented on all sites we looked at as having an indoor pool which is why we booked it, we get there to find out pool is under repairs. Very unhappy ad I could have spent alot less if I had known we could not use pool.specifically booked this so we would have the pool for our six year olds entertainment
